Payments

Stripe handles checkout. ExamPrepLabs keeps the payment details needed to confirm your purchase, manage your access period, handle refunds or disputes, and apply a partner code when one is used.

Keeping accounts secure

To protect personal access, ExamPrepLabs may use protected device, session, network, and browser information to spot account sharing or misuse. We do not store raw device fingerprints or payment card numbers.

Website and free-practice activity

On public pages and free practice, we may record an anonymous session ID, the page or action, and the time it happened. This helps us understand what people use and improve the experience. This measurement does not include your practice answers, name, email address, raw IP address, or device fingerprint.

Weak Spot Breakdown

Weak Spot Breakdown uses the practice questions you complete to explain a weak area in plain language. It does not create state-law facts, set your score, or provide legal advice.
