Terms for using ExamPrepLabs.

These terms explain how access works, how to use your account, and what to expect when you study with us.

Your access period

Paid ExamPrepLabs access is available for a set study period, such as 90 or 180 days. It is not lifetime access. Extensions may be available when your study period ends.

Your account is personal

Your account is for your own licensing preparation. Do not share your login, resell access, or let another person study under your account.

Protecting your access

ExamPrepLabs may limit active devices and study sessions to protect paid content. If we see account sharing or misuse, we may pause or review access, ask you to confirm your account, or revoke access when necessary.

Educational use

ExamPrepLabs provides exam-prep education and practice. It does not guarantee a passing score, replace official state materials, or provide legal advice.

State-specific material

State-specific material is available only when a reviewed State Law Pack is available. Always confirm current licensing requirements with your state insurance department and exam provider.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes checkout. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or suspicious payment activity may affect your access while we review the situation.
